Is it because of the lice?

Hello!

I am aware of my chickens having lice, I got a treatment for it that I plan on using tomorrow. Three of them are loosing lots of feathers...I thought they were just molting, but it accured to me that it might be the lice? So basically, my question is, can having lice make chickens loose feathers? Can bumble foot make them loose feathers?

It's the time of year that most chickens molt. Most likely they are just molting. Treat them for the lice anyway. How bad is the bumblefoot...
