Hello,
I just received eggs that were well packed, but the USPS decided to play kick-box with it, so I lost a few eggs, but the extras sent covered the loss. So it's been about 6 months or more since I have incubated, and I know you are not supposed to wash the eggs, but some of mine have some yoke on them, it is better to rinse them quickly or should I just set them with the yoke on them? I feel like I am learning it all over again, LOL.
