Is it bumblefoot? And how to treat!

One of my hens have some swelling between her toes, everything seems to point to bumblefoot. Checked the underside and she has some brown/black patches. However, she seems completely unbothered by her foot, walks and runs and roosts without discomfort, and is eating and drinking normally. I gave her feet a scrub and included post foot wash pictures below.

Any advice welcome! Thanks.

That's what it looks like to me. I'd try giving the feet a good long soak in warm water with some Epson salt then see. There are threads on treating it surgically and non surgically. I have only dug them out but do a search for bumblefoot treatments. I have an old browser and can't search the threads here or I'd pull one up for you.

Thanks! I’ll give the soak a try.

So I gave her a soak, one scab came off cleanly, bled a little, and then stopped. There was a second hole in the foot, and stringy white matter came out of it (pictured below), is this the “bumblefoot” or am I pulling out healthy foot tissue?

Clean it out and flush it out really well. Fill the hole with plain neosporin or plain triple antibiotic ointment, and then wrap the foot to keep it clean and dry. Change the bandage regularly and reapply the ointment. It may take more than one soaking and cleaning to get it all out, every foot is different.
Here are a couple of links that may help, the second is a suggestion if you don't see improvement in a couple of weeks or it looks worse.
