I posted a thread asking questions about bumblefoot. I researched it today online, best I could reviewing older posts here and searching every other article I could find. I also visited several feed stores that had chicks, ducklings and the likes ...for added wisdom.
I am still at a loss for understanding. The magpie drake acts fine but is favoring one webbed foot. The bottom has a lump with a very, very small scab. I have soaked several times today with epsom salt in warm water but decided I should not go deeper since the spot on it is so small. Makes me wonder. I called around for a good aviary vet, too.
Any thoughts would be appreciated as I continue to "track" it. Thank you!
