Is it dangerous to eat birds with Angel Wings?

We bought a new Muscovy drake as our died of old age. The new drake had a wing sticking out that we were told was due to a dog attack but now his ducklings have wings sticking out too. Heard it's probably genetic Angel wings. We raise these birds for our food so now looking for advice whether there is any risk eating birds with Angel wing. Thanks!

Thanks. Thought so but nice to get confirmation. Mate suggested using aviation tin snips to butcher birds - much easier on bones
