I have my little silkie egg on hardware wire (the kind where the grid is like 1/4"), so it is kind of propped, opposed to a flat surface where it can freely roll or rock. Should I slip something in so that it can?? I'm not sure if it's easier one way or another for it to pip correctly, if it even matters at all.
