1 of my 1 yo choc orps was on baytril for 5 days now Im giving her probiotics about 1 -2 grams a day like the label says is amount a small puppy or a kitten would get . I sprinkle it on her food and her sister hen eats some too . I hope I give her enough but also wonder how much is too much?

What probiotic product are you using? It is good that you are giving some probiotics to help get her gut bacteria back on tract after the antibiotic. I think it would be hard to overdose a product for animals. I used plain Greek yogurt, and my vet said to give my small dog Purina ProPlan Fortiflora packets once a day. Probios powder is good for most farm animals, but I don’t think that too much would be necessary. I would probably use it for a week or so. Probios can be used. Dosage of that Is 1/2 tap daily in water.

I don't think you can overdose on probiotics. I wouldn't worry.
