Is it gone?

I have two mallards and I was riding on my bike and it scared them then they took off a few a long ways from their house will they come back

It's hard to say for sure if they will come back. How long have they been missing? Have you gone out looking for them? How old are they?

They are just starting to fly they both came back so they know where they live I guess I feed them so much I’m surprised that they even can fly

If they are actually Mallards, then yes, they can fly just like wild Mallards. Most people will clip their flying bird’s wings for this reason. Other larger domestic ducks can’t fly or have limited flight.
