Is it just me? (guinea?)

Is it just me, or do all guineas hate red chickens? I know mine seem to attack the reds more than anything, and a friend of mine said that her RIR were svagely attacked by her guineas! Do they all do this?? And why do guineas hate red chickens so much? It doesn't really bother me that badly, since I'm none too fond of red chickens myself, but why only these? I think they go after the buffs more than others too, but it is always the red ones that they seem to hate!

I never looked at it that way. I'll have to pay attention next time I let the guineas out in the yard with the chickens

Mine do attack red more than white, but I attributed that to the numbers (I have more red then white chickens.) so I'm no help here...

Wow, how funny. My guinea LOVES the red hens. He follows them everywhere and lets them know when he has found food.

i guess it depends on which hens (chickens) were around more when the guinea were chicks... mine had a bantam buff cochin mamma hen...
