Is it normal? (4-5 Wks old)

Is it normal for a 4-5 wk old chick to want to constantly sit directly under the heat lamp?

The other four chicks walk around, peck at the food, drink water, etc. This one chick just sits under the heat lamp unless I turn it off for a little bit. Once the lamp is off, it does the same thing as the other chicks.

What should I do?

It's a Buff Orpington and there are 2 other B.O as well as 2 Mill Fleur D'uccle chicks. The Buff Orpingtons are the same age while the Mille Fleur chicks are around 6-8 weeks old, I can't remember.

Shouldn't be a problem so long as there are food and water readily available when it feels the need to grub and drink.
