Is it normal for a chick to rest halfway through unzipping

I have hatched two chicks. But one of them stands out above all others. One of my eggs is in the incubator and has unzipped about half of the egg and is now just sitting there resting (The chick is still breathing). The egg rocks backwards and forwards occasionally. It first pipped around 11:30 am yesterday and is about halfway now.

Probably resting, have read it sometimes take 24hrs for an egg to hatch, hard work. Once it's out, probably rest again.

Is the little one fully hatched??

If zipping they don't rest..They zip out within an hour.
