Is it normal for a chicken to stand on one leg

Okay this morining when I went outside I noticed on chicken was under the stairs (she always does that) but she was standing on one leg which I have never seen before than she sat down
Is that normal

If its cold they will hold one leg close to their body to keep it warm. I would check the leg/foot for any injurys too.

Okay but now the same chicken is limping and there is this white stuff on here leg I'm pretty site it's poo though
What do I do ???

Check the bottom of her foot for bumble foot, check her leg for injuries, and clean the leg up so you can see it better.

Its a staph infection on the bottom of a chickens foot.

My sister checked the bottom of the foot and there was nothing

It's possible her leg is hurt. I've had a hen have this happen. I think she sprained it running after treats. She hid from the others and babied the leg for a few weeks and it's mostly healed, although she sometimes has a hitch when she runs.

If you dont see any physical damage to her leg all you really can do is just leave it alone and keep a close eye on it. She could of just landed wrong or sprained iit.
