Is it normal for a new egg layer to lay deformed eggs?

Thank you all very much. I will also add oyster shell as you have recommended. Their laying feed seems to clearly say no oyster shell included if I remember correctly. Thanks!

But there's calcium in it...look on the label...usually about 3-4% IIRC.
