Is it normal for EE bantam chicks to be so small?

I have two ee chicks I bought from TSC about 4 weeks ago. Both are almost fully feathered (just their heads left) and they are the same size as my blrw which are two weeks younger! They are TINY! Is that normal? Those will be some itty bitty eggs, lol!
