Is it normal for my chick to get wet?

I've had chicks for about a week now and on three different occasions now, I have checked their brooding bin, at least one if not more of the chicks are WET! Is this normal? What should I do when this happens? Thanks for your advice!

Put some marbles or clean gravels in their drinking fountain to keep the little darlings from going skinny dipping is what I would do.

The weird thing is their water container is just one of those little plastic containers from TSC so it's not that big for them to fit into!

They might be walking in it then walking on each other.
