Is it normal for poults to flip?

Some of my turkey poults keep on flipping onto their backs and then trying to get back up I help them get themselves all sorted, of course, but I just wanted to know if this was normal or not. They are not doing it super often but sometimes they tip each other over or they fall and land on their backs. Is there anything I can do to prevent this and is it normal for them to do this.

It is a bad sign when your poults have Flip Over Syndrome.

Somewhere I read people put sticks in the brooder so they had something to leverage on to try to get upright.
