I just heard a chirp on day 18??? I just went to go check the temps and humidity when I heard a pretty loud chirp. Is that ok since it's only day 18? Just thought it was weird.

Is it a bantam? Or maybe the temps were a little high while incubating?

I've heard chirps early on day 19 and the chick was fine. Good luck with your hatch!

A bit early... The chick will probably hatch sometime late day 19 or during day 20 instead of day 21. They pip the shell about 24hours after they pip the internal membrane and they can't make noise until they break the internal membrane and are breathing air. Then they hatch anywhere from a couple hours to another day after pipping. Depends when they finish absorbing the yolk.

They shouldn't be able to chirp until they break the internal membrane and then it's late to raise the humidity. You've probably already killed some by then because the membrane will be too dry and hard for some to break it. That's why humidity is raised on day 18 when they shouldn't be breaking the internal membrane until day 19-20 for a 21 day hatch.
