Is it ok to have guinea rooster’s with chickens?

Ok. So I have 2 about five week old guineas. I also have 7 chickens which are all hens. The guineas are in a separate coop right now but when it comes time to put them all together, is it ok if 1 of the guineas is a rooster? And will it be ok if they’re both roosters?

I've had guineas and chickens together for years and I've never seen a guinea 'cock' try to mount a chicken. I've had chicken roosters mount female guineas but not the other way around.
Guinea cocks are built different than a rooster. They have a penis where a rooster just gives a cloaca 'kiss' .

Male guineas are cocks and are not roosters.

I do not recommend housing guineas and chickens together especially if there is not lots of room. Some people claim that their guineas and chickens get along fine. Most of those claims are from people who have not gone through the guinea breeding period.

Some people such as @red horse ranch do successfully house guineas and chickens together but those people typically have big roomy coops/barns which the poultry use to segregate themselves from each other.

R2elk is right that you need a lot of space to be able to keep them together. My poultry all free range thru the day and are only confined together in my large henhouse at night. In the winter when it is often below zero they are all confined inside but since there is plenty of room and several feeders and water cans there are rarely any problems.

If your guineas are only 5 weeks old it may be a while before you know their sex. At around 6 to 7 weeks most of my female guineas will start to make the 'buckwheat' sound. It is a 2 syllable sound that males cannot make. To me it sounds like 'gobackgobackgoback' . Hopefully you will be lucky and have at least one female.

Guinea roosters are perfectly fine with female chicken. At one point, I had a single male guineafowl with a couple of chicken hens and he was very protective of them and he would mate with them often. I don't think the mating affected the chicken as they are gentler than chicken roosters!! I was grossed out by this unusual relationship, so gave them away. They can and will produce a sterile hybrid, which was exploited commercially with little success!!
