is it ok to take chicks out?

I have a dozen eggs due to hatch yesterday. One has hatched and another has pipped, but the other ten have done nothing. If the second egg hatches and the other 10 still have not pipped, is it ok to remove the hatched chicks from the incubator?

Yes, just try to be quick so you don't lose too much humidity. Good luck with the rest of the hatch!
