Well it depends, wouldn't it? Was the hen brooding? If she was, you probably wouldn't want to eat those eggs.... Because of baby chickens and all. But if she just happened to be standing over the eggs and died, making it look like she died sitting on them, then probably yes. Because those are just normal eggs.
Just crack it into a bowl and make sure it looks okay, then cook it thoroughly or bake with it - if there are any germs, complete cooking will deal with them.
If you just feel ooky about using it, scramble it up and feed it back to your chickens. And I am sorry for your loss. I know they just sometimes up and die, but I really dread finding one of my girls dead (it has happened once when I first got them) I cried for that poor chicken (Little Karla)
I wouldn't think twice about eating it. I don't always put my eggs in the fridge for 3 or 4 days after they are laid. And I don't use the AC so it's 85 in my house right now.
