is it ok to feed almonds to the huns? i have a ton of them!
I looked all over the treat charts i found over the net and here, but didnt see anything.

From my experience chickens seem to instinctivly know what is good for them and eat accordingly. If you give them crushed up almonds, don't let that be their sole food. Have other choices available for them, such as garden greens, table scraps, regular chicken feed. They will eat what they want and how much they want. And they will avoid what they don't like. I tried to feed mine fava bean greens last winter and they would not touch it.
