Is it okay for eggs to freeze?

Like everyone said they are ok.

If you want to save some of your eggs by freezing them you can do that too. They won't come out with the consistancy of fresh eggs but they can be scrambled or used in baking with no problems.

I crack them into freezer bags. I put like a half dozen in a pint size bag and then lay them flat in the freezer. When I'm ready to use them, I pull them out and let them thaw on the counter. I use them mostly for scrambled eggs or making pound cakes.

If my eggs aren't cracked I just put them with all the others and never have seen a difference. If I want to freeze some for later use then I'll put them in a freezer back and mix them up like scrambled eggs, and freeze the back for later use.
