Is it okay to add a fan once I've started incubating

I didn't get the hovabator fan before the eggs arrived - so my question is - can I still add the fan during the incubation period or should I not add it? I'm on Day 1 and I believe the fan will arrive today or tomorrow.

Only if you have another bator to put them in while you are working on it, if you dont I think I would wait & just keep the temp at 101 at the top of the eggs on this hatch & then add the fan. but thats just me.
