Oh my gosh I would definitely say no. I had several young chicks in a pen and a ferret looking animal ate at least 3 of them. I chased it away along a fence one morning. I think he ate my chicks!!!my friend always brings her pet ferret inside of my house and i want to know is my eggs are safe around ferrets(2 week old ferret)
NO!!!!!! OH my gosh!!!! I chased a ferret looking critter along a fence one morning after he ate at least three of my chicks!!!! Oh NO!!! I wouldn't risk loosing the chicks!!!! There was a small hole in the cage and even though it was a large ferret looking animal it managed to pull the chicks out and eat them. I found a few feathers and that was it.my friend always brings her pet ferret inside of my house and i want to know is my eggs are safe around ferrets(2 week old ferret)
