Is it okay to incubate pullet eggs?

Since I only had one chick hatch from my R-Com Mini, I wanted it to have some friends. My husband said NO MORE when it came to buying day-olds or fertile eggs (phooey, lol) but I've been getting quite a few fertile eggs from my young layers and decided to pop three of them into the Mini.

These pullets have been laying for less than a month. Do you think it'll be okay? Their eggs are still pretty small.

This site says to choose average sized eggs. Small eggs often produce small unthrifty chicks. It says often, not always, so just be prepared for less than perfect results.

I've hatched many pullet eggs. The chicks are usually a bit smaller, but quickly catch up with the other chicks.

I've hatch lots of pullet eggs and never had problems.
