is it okay to just turn the eggs twice a day?

Or do they really need to be turned 3 times a day? I've been doing 3 times a day but finding myself busy and would rather turn them morning and night then to turn them every 8 hours.

When we hatched a batch of eggs I'm pretty sure that's what we did. And we had a pretty good hatch rate- 18 out of 20! Not saying it was just because of that, but it certainly didn't hurt them!

Cool, So I can just turn them every 12 hours. that will make things easier. I'd rather mess with the incubator as little as possible. everytime I touch it i want to candle the eggs.
