is it possible to use a convection oven (you know the mini-ovens that you can buy from walmart) as an incubator? the one i have has different temp settings going all the way down to about 90 degrees on the "keep warm" setting. of course there would be a thermometer and water inside. it would also be for about four or five eggs. Any opinions or suggestions?

Give it a test run for a few days to see if the temp stays stable, and if you can control the humidity.
