Right now you can click the arrows to scroll through the page numbers. The go to page feature will come back when we upgrade this fall.

Right now you can't enter a page number to jump to it. You have to scroll the list of page numbers with arrows. The screenshot I posted is of what it will look like on XenForo 2.

You can also enter the page number in the thread URL.

I'm not sure how either but I'd like to know how you know what page number you are looking for.

I don't think the poster meant that they knew which page and jumped to it. I think they were referring to the frustration of having to scroll through over 200 pages to find the comment they were looking for.
