Is it possible to have a 12 week roo that hasn't crowed?

I thought i had all pullets, but when i was locking them up tonight i took a good look at one of my Buff Orphington ( i have 2). She has some significant wattles, very red and comb too. So i checked out my other buff and nothing. After looking at the rest of my chickens (all the same age) i noticed she is the only one that far progressed. But no crowing? I had 4 weekers crow before!

Yep, it's possible to have a year old rooster that doesn't crow..I've had one.

I heard the first crow, pitiful as it was, from my polish cockerel yesterday and he is 16 weeks old.

Yes it possible one of mine didn't start until it was 15 weeks old and my other roo is 17 weeks old and hasn't crowed yet

Ya, I've got one around 15 weeks that hasn't made any effort at crowing.

I think my 14 week old cockerel heard through the grapevine what his potential outcome may be if he crows. He's silent these days, tries to just fit in with the girls.
