Is it possible to over imprint on LAP chicks?

Hello! I just hatched my first set of Lady Amherst Pheasant chicks. It’s a small batch of 4. The first one came 14 or so hours before the rest and kept flipping over to its back in the incubator. So I pulled it out to and tried to put it in the brooder under the heat plate. It wouldn’t stay under the heat plate so I ended up holding it for quite a while before making my husband hold it for a while while I switched to a heat lamp in the brooder. Fast forward to all the chicks have hatched, but the one little one who hatched first chirps loudly and tries to jump out of the brooder (can’t) and won’t settle down until I hold it. So my question is, did I over imprint on it? And if I did, do I just let it “cry it out” or will it get too stressed out and possibly die? Attaching pics of brooder set up. It’s about 100f directly under the heat lamp and about 87 furthest away from the heat. Thank you!

I don’t know anything about pheasants but can you still give it attention throughout the day but also leave it alone sometimes? And then increase the time in between visits (if necessary)? That way it still can maintain its bond with you and develop some independence

Thank you for your advice! That is what I have been trying to do. These first few days are stressful!
