It looks like it bled around the dent? Usually if they bleed they don't make it, but I'd try patching it with nail polish just in case. If you have any natural nail polish use that, but if not just regular is ok. Nail polish works better than anything else I've found, including wax, liquid bandage, tape, etc
I've hatched countless rescued nail polish patched eggs.

I didn't have nail polish. I had wax and tape so I tried that and threw it in the incubator. I'm sure it won't make it but at least I tried.

Unfortunately I picked up a really crappy second incubator at tractor supply. It can't seem to get to temperature and it's hanging out around 83. I doubt this chick is still alive. I will keep at it. I wish I could use my other incubator but I have eggs in there for someone else and I don't want to spread any bacteria.

I was able to peek inside the clear tape in this egg. Day 17. It is moving.. it is alive. I can not believe it. I used my flashlight through the incubator as I'm too scared to even move this egg again. I want to get a video. I may try later. I have to go set up my coop for new chicks because one egg from this clutch is already starting to pip. After I'm done with that I may try to open the incubator and get a video in the hole in the egg. Truly unbelievable. This is an act of God if there ever was an act of God. It took like 4 hours to get the new incubator heated enough. Then it started to over heat. 102 and 103. I had to open it and cool it down. We did this a few times before I got it stabilized. This egg had been cool for hours. With a broken egg. If it comes out alive I will be shocked.

Here's a couple pics of how bad this egg looks. I took some video to try and record the chick moving inside.
