Ok.. I have a chick that I am REALLY hoping is a female.. It's only a few days old and follows me everywhere when I take it outside.. I cannot find ANY chicks that look like this on here or anywhere on the internet so maybe someone here can help me.. Ok.. Mom is a silver ameraucana and dad is dark brahma bantam.. NEITHER breeds look like this when they are chicks.. So, here are my questions... Does ANYONE have a pic of what this chick will look like when it is older and is there ANY way to feather sex it? It does have long and short pin feathers so IF it can be feather sexed, it's a female.. But, I can't seem to find any information on the internet with a list of slow and fast feathering breeds so I don't know if it's possible to tell that way.. Ok.. Here's the pics!
