I have a chick and breeder said it is cross between buff orp cockeral and there black pekin/Cochin bantam is this possible and how do they look ?

Well it has the the thick legs of the father and I'd very long feathered

It's possible, but I feel very sorry for the bantam mommy. She's lucky the Orp roo didn't crush her to death. That's not a light breed of chicken.

The resulting bird would have white legs, and unless the parents have mixed background somewhere, all babies should be black with perhaps some red leakage.

Well the breeder said they only caught him once and its the only chick that looks like this with black thick legs lol
