I have broad-breasted bronze poults (4H project) and was reading you should never put turkeys where chickens were up to 3 years or you run the risk of disease. Is this true? I have a great run I was going to use but it has been used for bantam chickens in the summer only the last several years. Nothing has been on it for 8 months.
Thanks!

It is true if blackhead is a problem in your area. If blackhead is not a local problem then it doesn't matter. Check with your local county agriculture extension agent to learn whether or not blackhead is a problem for you.
