Hope to see pics of them soon !!!

Yes, please look into the vaccine so you don't have to deal with culling your flock again !!!

Yes I definately plan to vaccinate the babies as soon as they are old enough and before they go outside! When I read the previous post, I thought it said to vaccinate at 4 wks with a booster 2 wks later? I will look at that post again. Is LT-IVAX a live vaccine? Can they catch ILT from it?

This makes me think-What else should I vaccinate against??? Do you guys vaccinate regularly?

I will look around and try to figure out how to post pics of the babes! Any advice is appreciated.

ok, I grabbed my directions from my vaccine.

It is four weeks for initial, booster six weeks later.

It is a live vaccine, they cannot catch ILT from it, it does not spread bird to bird. I give all my adult birds a booster every year.

The LT-Ivax is an eye-drop vaccine. You pick the bird up and place a drop in the eye. If your birds have any infections at the time you give the vaccine, you may have a reaction but I have not had that happen in my flock.

Here it goes-hope it works!

This is them about 4 hours after hatching. They seemed hot in the bator so I put them in the brooder. They seemed to want to cuddle down with something or a corner so I gave them an egg carton... AWW

Here they are in the same egg carton the next day-about 24 hours old.

It's true, it is a strange pic! They fit so perfect in the egg holes yesterday! They are way too active to stay in there now! They are walking around and pecking at everything! Even had several poos now!
