Is it safe to process & eat turkeys with puffy cheeks from an URI or possibly MG?

Hello! I have a couple turkeys I'm raising for meat. They have puffy cheeks from a respiratory infection or MG (not sure which yet). Not overly puffy but still noticeable. Of course I am looking into treatment options, but my question here is- are they safe to process and eat in this condition? They are acting normal besides the puffy cheeks...

It's generally not recommended to eat birds that are sick. I'm sure some people do, but I wouldn't.
