Is it still a respiratory infection?

My 2yr old hen (Isa Brown) hasn't been acting right. At first we thought she had wet pox, but now I'm not sure. She hasn't laid for about a month and back then she was on medication for a respiratory infection. It hasn't got better (except for the gargle noise which has lessened a bit) and now she has developed a slightly watery eye. We did have her in isolation from our other two chickens (it was like that for two weeks) but we eventually had to put her back outside.

-She isolates herself by either standing or lying down in a corner
-Her eyes seem a bit more watery than usual
-She has a gargle
-Hasn't been clucking for a while
-Her wattle and comb are paler than usual
-She has a bit of discharge thats come from her eyes/nose and has crusted a little
-Her tail is down
-She's really placid
-Just wants to rest

What's wrong with my chook??
Thanks to those who answer.
