Is it too soon that tell if these are male?

The first one is most likely a cockerel, but it isn't definite. I don't see anything pointing to male on the second chick.

You can't be sure on males until the comb and wattles turn red before 16 weeks.

Post pics of their combs at eight weeks.

and their gender feathering starts to show at 12 weeks or so.
