Is it too soon to introduce these 4 to the flock?

Glad to meet you. What lovely hens. Best wishes with your flock and welcome! You have been given some great advice. Here are 2 articles with more detail (including using quarantine to be sure the new chickens don't introduce disease to existing flock, and the Don't touch method in more detail):
1. How to introduce new chickens to an existing flock
2. Adding new chickens using the See and Don't Touch Method

(these articles are both short, but excellent detail and helpful photos, and have been well reviewed by fellow members of BYC. You can look for more articles in our Learning Center by browsing or by using the Search Button. Use that Review feature, because as a newbie, like me, it's easier to sort the better articles using other members' opinions)
Thank you so much for your kind words and details, happy to be apart of this wonderful club 🄰

i guess I am a little worried about my small Pekin the most as she is so small I wouldn’t want her getting hurt or badly beaten by the flock
As long as there is adequate space, lots of things to do in that space and things to hide behind and perch on, it should be fine. Bored/crowded chickens can be nasty. If they have lots of opportunities to engage in normal chicken behaviors, aggressive behaviors typically don't manifest themselves.
I currently have a flock of 25 that includes two little bantam girls and two 6-week old cockerels among both full size (all the way up to the 8# senior rooster and the 7# big Cuckoo Marans hen) and three mid-sized birds. The little cockerels eat among the LF hens without issue. The little bantam girls are fully accepted in the flock as well and are not at the bottom of the pecking order.
Size rarely has anything to do with it. It personality. Sometimes "strange" looking birds are singled out in a flock. Like a Silkie or Polish or frizzle bird in a normal feathered flock because they are different.
Follow the advice I gave in my first post and they should do fine.
