Since my chickens just refuse to sit and sleep on there roost I just lay them sleep in thr nesting boxes but make sure there butts hang out so the poo falls on thr ground . But one refuses to do that and she goes on the far end of the divider so the poo falls in the nesting box !! I'd it uncomfortable for the chicken when they lay eggs cause they have to sit on it so far I always take it out with a mini shovel when I don't put them on there roost . So do the chickens mind at all ?? I am gonna keep tryin to get the poo out because I don't like poo on the eggs
