Hello everyone,
I was wondering if June is too late to ship adult chickens. It would be only 1 bantam rooster in a box. I live in Phoenix, AZ (I know it's already hot here), but I was curious if anyone has any experience with shipping birds this late in the year. The rooster would be going to Connecticut. I do have experience with shipping adult chickens, but in the past I've only shipped in early spring or late fall, and I have yet to have any problems. But I want to hear from people who have experience shipping in the summer. Is it safe, or should I wait until it cools down?
