Is Mannie a Tom? Or a Hen?

My guess would be a Hen but at 7 weeks it would be a crap shoot.

I from N/W Arkansas does your area have trouble with black head if there's not you should keep the one turkey with your Chickens if you don't have other turkeys.
Turkeys need other birds even chickens they are very social animals.

I have raised chics with my Poults and there has been nothing but positive things come from it.

Mannie is 13 weeks today, not 7 weeks. He/She was 7 weeks, when I got 2 of them. But Cricket passed away from an animal attack, and falling in an ant pile. I don't think we have Blackhead problem here.

The big indicator as Turkeys get older seems to be the Snood and Carnucles.
Changing red and having a bluish hue when realxed can be seen in both my male and female. The big difference is the boy just keeps adding skin and skin, and skin. Think bubblegum pasted to the neck.

Fun watching the two grow up side by side. The only reason I can tell anything about them is the instant daily comparison.

I was actually hoping to have 2 grow up together. But I lost my little Cricket, she was a complete opposite of Mannie. I miss her so much. But I put my 3 younger Royal Palms outside a couple of days ago. They follow him sometimes.

And Mannie is getting the strutting and Gobbling down pretty well. He stays with my big white rooster mostly.

I'll be honest I get a little worried every time the lady doesnt perk up, or seems different because she had a bad cold early on. Luckily she's tough as nails and I'm just paranoid. Wish you could have the fun of having a pair, I'll try to upload a few more pictures.
However your's are much prettier than my oversized crows. What I call them after they tip the feed bucket too many times.
