Now before anybody starts hollering, I had no idea you weren't supposed to keep peas and chickens together. This little guy has been with 6 chicks since he/she hatched and seems to be fine, except for a bit of a leg problem that he/she had since hatching.

Is there any way to tell the gender at this age? This is my first peachick and I know absolutely nothing about them. The younger peachick (yup, in the brooder with chicks) will be blue (not sure what the color is called). What should I look for with him/her?

There is DNA testing you can have done for as little as $15, I believe. I may do that on my white to see if I should keep HER or sell HIM.
You IB will show more barring as a young male or less barring, more red/brown if a girl at around 3 weeks old. I am slowly learning things myself.
And no worries, I keep turkey poults with my pea chicks to get them to the food dish. I will separate later when the pea chicks can go out on the ground.

Little peanut looks male to me. Females are usually darker and have no signs of barring on the flight feathers. Little peanut has barring on his flights and is a lighter brown color. The white is hard to tell at that age. If you had it with another pea chick of the same age I would say the taller one is male. You can wait or get DNA testing like mentioned above.

I believe the reasoning behind not mixing peafowl and other poultry is parasites and disease, the peas being more susceptible and usually more valuable. So as long as you treat your birds regularly for parasites and quarantine all new introductions. You won't have problems mixing them unless the peas get aggressive with the much smaller poultry.
