Is Mr Giggles a BBRED OEGB?

I was told that he was a BBRED OEGB when i bought him. Does this stand for blue breasted red? He is only months old.

BBR would stand for Black Breasted Red. There is a Blue Old English, but that isn't what yours is, yours does look like the Black Breasted. I have one myself, they are so tiny! You can go to cackle hatchery, they have pictures and info about them, the roosters are dubbed tho, so they will look different, they do it for the show. (earlobes, combs, wattles removed) Hth!

he is a blue red oegb,the blue version of bb red.

Thanks. I would have to agree with Nanlee about the blue. This picture was taken in the late evening and even though it looks like he is black he is all blue except a little in his tail. But he is only 3 months old so i guess he could turn black. Here is a different view.
