You may be right, when I looked at the pictures the first time I didn't notice how unfocused the comb was. This post has a Dominique at 4 weeks for comparison:

It's awkward to tell without that close-up. I'm seeing a little line of bumps, which is saying pea to me, though seeing that link @KikiLeigh02 posted, I'm not so sure anymore.

Where did you get the chick from. I'm thinking it looks more like an EE now because of the beard and the comb not being knobbly all over.

This is what my Dom/cross chicks with rose combs look like. They are home grown BSLs

These two pullets are about 10 weeks.

Sorry for the blood on their faces, these two were fighting, which is why I have close up pictures of their faces. They are probably 5-6 weeks old in these pictures.
