Is my 4 month old rooster a purebred Ameraucana?

I saw this rooster for rehoming on Facebook yesterday.

I ended up contacting the guy and just came back with the rooster an hour ago.

Attached below some pictures of him. (Edit photos won't work, see the slideshow below. If you see this later, the photos might be posted on here but for now the slide will have to do.) They're not the best pictures but until I get let him out of the new chicken introducing cage this will have to do.

I got him because I really want a nice blue egg gene rooster to make rainbow laying babies. The guy told me that he is probably a splash Ameraucana, but he isn't sure. He hatched eggs back in April and I didn't ask him more about the eggs, I forgot lol.

He has everything that a splash Ameraucana should have. Blue legs, splash pattern, pea comb, beard and muffs. I know there's probably no way to know for sure but if anyone could help me?

Also, name suggestions! I'm considering Bubbles.
