Is my baby chick bruising? Is this bad?

I've got a small baby chick that I bought at Tractors Supply that seems kind of off. I've got other baby chicks she came with her. They still stay inside as they are a bit too small to be outside. Anyway, I let them roam around and all of them were excited to flap their wings and run. However, that baby chick was excited but not as much, I noticed her hunching over and staying in the corner. She would run a little, stay put and them keep walking but isn't very active. She does move around but not too much. She doesn't look sick but is hunching, I see less activity. I was looking at her and noticed that her 'hock' area is like purplish blue and I am all like what happened. I have seen this before with other baby chicks, though. I want to know caused this, as I don't think it's a good thing. Does anyone know what that means? It looks like bruising to me. I'll put some pictures.

Bruising in a baby chick's legs might have come from when it was shipped. I'd just keep that one in a more contained area so it's not running around and can rest its legs.

I'd also give it either/or Poultry Cell water (they can all have that for a day's worth of water), B-Complex, or Nutri-Drench. If you have human B-Complex pills, just a quarter of one of those. I've ground it up in a bit of crumble mush (mix water in the crumbles). For this one, just give it a that B-Complex in about a teaspoon of the mush though so it gets it all.

If you go out to buy B-Complex, try get the liquid drops. So much easier. This one would get 1/4 of an eyedropper of it. Sometimes they just take it, or I mix that in some mush.

I am kind of starting to doubt it's bruising because I gave them some food and she would peck at it but didn't eat. She was perfectly fine, was curious just like the others, and she is about 4 weeks old now. It's been a while now, I highly doubt that was there before. But, I should just try to give either poultry Cell or B-complex. Thanks
