Is my baby chick dying?

It's late right now to go get feed, you could go scramble an egg. Cool it and break it up real small for them. That would be better than corn.
If you already have one acting sickly you may be to late.
Sorry to tell you, but baby chicks have to be carefully tended and they die easily if mishandled .
Didn't the person who sold them to you give you any instruction?

No

For tonight, mashed hard boiled egg. Line a box with paper towels or a regular towel. A heating pad placed under 1/2 of the box will help keep them warm. Add a little sugar to water (for an energy boost) and give in a shallow dish. First thing in the morning, get to someplace like Rural King, Tractor Supply, etc, and get help with what you need to brood your chicks. For tonight, do what you can to keep them warm and fed. I don’t know how old they are, but very young unfeathered chicks need to be brooded at 90-95 degrees (5 degrees lower each week as they grow). Keeping them in the warmest room of your house will help for tonight. Please keep us updated.

I'm hoping you can safely keep them warm in the meantime.
Chilled chicks develop colds and often get what we call pasty butt.
Not a big deal if delt with correctly. But can be fatal if not.
Please get to the feed store as soon as you can
Ask for help and they should have all the stuff you need.
Do your research in the meantime so you can hopefully prepare for what comes next.
Good luck! And keep us updated.
