Is my baby duck stuck?

It's day 30 Duck Egg
Do I need to intervene or just wait. He almost seems like he's puffing. The egg moves with his breathing. Advice greatly appreciated Thanks

It's a mix breed not exactly sure what. He seems to be chewing a bit. 82% humidity right now. it was a dry hatch.

82% now. Had a very large air sac.

He's never existed before and hatching is hard work. Let him rest and you can give Him egg yolk water with a bit of sugar or pedialyte. I'm glad he made it.
