Is my bantam Brahma a ROO or HEN?

This morning my Brahma made a crowing sound., so what I thought was a she is really a he! She/he is about 21 to 26 weeks old..not sure as I did not have this one as a baby...please someone help me sex it?

Thank you guys for your quick response, I'm so sad! I have to give him away as I'm not in the zoning for having a Roo He just started to find his voice. Fun to watch him strut around. Boohoo!
